Seriously bad attitude, Pompous, uncaring and arrogant can't be bothered to listen or read your previous notes, because he knows best.
It might be well for this doctor to remember most of us are mature adults who take their own and their family's and loved ones health seriously, while also having a better understanding of their own bodies and problems.
We go to a GP for help and and hopefully effective treatment and not an ignorant attitude and arrogance.
I would NOT recommend this doctor.
