Another great GP, I do not see her as often, but when I do she is great, understanding, helpful and I feel comfortable with her.

Brilliant doctor, one of the very few who would actually listen to me and help me with my problems. Probably one of the only good things about this crap surgery. She never tells you to just see how things go she gives you different things to try to help you be if medication or self help techniques especially helpful for those with mental health issues. She actually makes you feel valued and takes you seriously, although she does often end up running a bit late!

Always takes time to listen and never comes across condescending, like some GPs do. Dr Patel has always acknowledged things I have told her and been pro-active in helping.
