no appointments and i try to ring the secreteya for messaqge to give him but she doesnt ever pic up the phone just an swer machine all the time. so i leave msgs but she never gets back i tried to ask for dr singh but he doenst reply to me. so i need to see someone but get noboydy.

I am sorry for your experience. I am also very grateful for your feedback! From the 4th of July 2016 a log book has been created to record all telephone/voice-mail messages received. This will allow me to audit how the messages are responded to. I have created time in my calendar on Thursday's to return telephone calls. I have asked that if the person leaving the message requires an urgent response and cannot wait for a call back on Thursday that they be relayed to the 'Duty Person' at the community mental health team who will be able to get back to you in a much quicker time frame.
