I also saw Presheena and had a wonderful experience. I could not find her email online to thank her myself, so until I find it I'll just leave her this review and hopefully one day she stumbles across it. When I was about 19 I came to see her depressed and in tears from the anxiety I'd been struggling with on my own. At that stage, I really knew very little about mental health issues but really appreciated her warmth and open-mindedness. I had not validated my own struggles, nor had many other people I had spoken to about my distress. Looking back, I'm extremely grateful to her for helping me feel able to express my distress and her encouraging me (without even saying anything) that things weren't meant to be that way. I pray she is doing well now.

Dr Howell warmly greeted me on first appointment. She listened carefully and showed interest in me/my problem. She took samples for analysis, fully described possible results and course of action that would be required. Went through pros and cons of treatment and fully took into account my views. Behaved throughout very much like a friend whilst acting in a competent and professional manner
