Was great with our son and put him at ease, the little touches of letting him put his bear to skew first makes all the difference in a nervous situation. You truly treat the patient as a person and not just another tooth to take out.

His gentle and calm manner impressed Eileen and she established a rapport with him. He was able to put her mind at rest in respect of her illness. He played a big part in encouraging her to go to the Hospice and following up after her discharge.
