Dr Thoppuram took time to really listen and didn't rush one bit of my appointment.
I left the surgery feeling really assured that he had done everything to assist in my current medical problem. He was polite, charming and friendly, a great asset to this surgery who have had a bad reputation in the past.
Also the reception staff were pleasant as was the lovely nurse 'Jacqui' who took my blood this morning.
