I recently consulted Dr Hazeldine on an emergency basis. I was feeling distressed so I completed the surgery's online form in the evening, requesting that she contact me. The next morning, first thing, I received a message from Portcullis Surgery, informing me that Dr Hazeldine would contact me in the afternoon, which she did. I found her to be extremely easy to talk to, an excellent listener, sympathetic and professional. Dr Hazeldine prescribed the necessary medication, which I then was able to collect straight away. The whole experience was very reassuring and I look forward to speaking to her again in future. Dr Hazledine is most definitely a first-class asset to the surgery and I recommend her highly.
