Could ask for more!
My 84 year old mother has had episodes of stabbing pain in her back for several weeks and struggled to get anything other than a diagnosis of torn muscles in her back from repeated visits to doctors. She tried to get a CT scan and was refused. She gave urine and blood samples... and she's no shy retiring introvert!!
She went to 111, saw Piotr who thoroughly examined her and diagnosed Gall stones by probing either side of her back.
She is SOOO relieved. Her anxiety levels have plummeted and she was delighted with his care and attention - he listened, looked at her, took time and then really examined her.
She would love to have him as her GP.
