I have had a few ups and downs with this doctor during my time as a patient but he has mostly been helpful. however at my last appointment with his registrar who was very helpful (dr abi) he then came in and refused everything I was asking for including a sign off note for work (when I had been off for six weeks already) and saying if I was in pain that I should just go back to hospital even though the care plan was to send me home with pain relief and manage the situation at home. As a result of his unhelpfulness at a very stressful time I have as a result of this incident requested a change of doctor.
