My 13 year old daughter and I saw Dr Hammond about her newly diagnosed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. After many months of tests and uncertainty it was great to finally pin down this condition and see someone with in-depth knowledge and a great empathy with how my daughter was feeling. Dr Hammond re-assured her, listened to us both and suggested a plan for the future. We both came away feeling more positive about her diagnosis and future treatment.

I saw Dr. Hammond today and cannot say thanks enough to him, or praise him the amount he deserves. He spoke to my Mum and I about my CFS, went through everything from what it is, why I've been diagnosed, and what we are to do next, with not only a serious, and insightful depth, but also an uplifting, friendly, and hopeful attitude that made me believe I will recover. He's helped me feel a lot more confident with myself, about my future, and spoke with me, and listened to a lot of history, without me feeling under pressure of time or judgement. It was definitely an in depth discussion, not a typical diagnosis and dismissal as you get from some doctors.
