I received little compassion for my injury and minimal attention at my appointment. Dr Thompson showed little sympathy towards me and would grunt and type away while I described my problem. I would show him the area in which I felt pain, but he didn't both to look and kept typing up his notes.
I had to go private with my knee problems as the pain increased so much that I could barely walk. I was very disappointed with the treatment I had received considering I'd spent a huge amount of money on this. When you decide to pay for private treatment, you are not only expecting to receive a quick appointment, but also a high quality service. I don't believe this was at all provided.
In addition to the poor treatment, I was also given the wrong appointment time to which I had to wait an additional 45 minutes in the waiting room. Very, very disappointed!!
