Dr Strigner is a dedicated medical doctor who integrates other disciplines into his management of many diseases. For me, MECFS has improved dramatically. He offers advanced testing through many laboratories, something which my GP has indicated she wished the NHS would offer. This testing is imperative to accurately predict food intolerance, diet and supplements. Apart from that he is a genuinely nice person with a sound medical background.

Dr Strigner has seen me on a number of occasions and I have always found him to be a very focused, attentive and considerate about my worries and needs during the appointment. Most notably, I saw him about a heart flutter I felt whenever I went running. He offered me blood tests and performed some physical examinations to determine what the problem may be. He also referred me to a specialist cardiologist in Edinburgh. Besides this approach, he used his knowledge of nutrition and diet to advise me to cut down on caffeine and take in less sugar. This, along with breathing exercises, got rid of my heart flutter completely, without having to go through all of the physical examinations. I was most impressed with the time he took to really understand the breath of reasons that could be causing me to feel such a way when running,and to always advise on the most healthy, natural and least intrusive solution or remedy to any problem I have brought to him.

Dr Strigner has been my doctor for over 15 years and is one of the sincerest and most accomplished doctors in the area. I've had a couple of different ailments over the years which no doubt would have been prolonged or their causes unidentified from a traditional NHS standpoint. Highly recommended
