Dear Dr Merrin, I've decided to write you a small note, thanking you for your excellent service. I came to you with various conditions including anxiety & a long standing history of depression. I am delighted to say that I have recently retired from my role as a Family Nurse, I am very much enjoying my life at the present time. Overall my health has improved and I'd just like to extend my appreciation for this positive outcome. I’m much happier now that the anxiety & depression are well managed. It's affected my everyday life, and I feel so much better now. You are a dedicated Doctor who has gone the extra mile to find a solution to my health issues with a totally holistic approach. I wish you the best with all of your future endeavours. I only hope that the majority of the patients in your practice appreciate how lucky we are in Perranporth to have such a dedicated team of Health Professionals and supporting staff.
