Thanks for that - it has been my experience over the years to set the compass in the direction of the best outcomes for the patients, not forgetting all the other political imperatives, targets etc has in the long term been the most satisfying way to work and has enabled us to do some really useful work in Bilbrook- still many things to work us-- but that provides the challenge and enjoyment Thanks

I work in general practice in Bilbrook and have been at the practice since 1981.
Over the years I been very involved in training of Doctor sin the locality and those entering general practice.
The practice strives to deliver a high standard of patient centred care.
Among the many aspects of general practice which I enjoy, Dermatology,Minor surgery and Musculoskeletal medicine are areas I have developed more experience in.I have had training and developed special skllls in musculoskelatal ultrasound and Ear Microsuction.
In addition to my work and family I enjoy Sailing,cycling and wearing bright bow ties.
