Having a daughter with special needs, I have always found Dr Maidment to be a kind and caring doctor who takes time to explain things clearly and listens to my concerns.

Thank you for that useful and encouraging feedback - it is not easy with all the other pressures targets and political imperatives to remain focussed on the caring aspects of being a Dr, which because it is so difficult to measure quantitatively ( with a number) that feedback such as yours ( qualitative) is so important to help us to retain that important focus.
