I was a private in-patient overnight at the hospital below on two occasions July and September of this year for surgery on both feet. The care and treatment I received was first class in all aspects. Everything was explained clearly to me by my surgeon Mr Stuart Metcalf and my anaesthetist Doctor Peter Karparti prior to going to theatre.
Regarding the anaesthetic I was asked to complete a pre-operative questionnaire prior to admission and Dr Karparti then re-confirmed the answers with me prior to going into theatre and put me completely ease. The experience was so pleasant that I actually looked forward to going in for the second operation under the same surgeon and anaesthetist with total confidence!! I cannot offer any ways of improvement as for me everything was perfect.
