THIS DOCTOR IS MY HERO! I initially had a private consult with Dr. Hauker after are recommendation from one a very well respected specialist at Addenbrookes. The initial consult was with Dr.Hauker at his private Nuffield Clinic in Leamington spa. It was what I expected and then some. I was given an hour to go through everything. Within 24 hours he had transferred me over to his NHS clinic and I was initiated on new treatment within 3 days. I have achieved more with this new clinical team in four weeks than i have with my previous Hospital in 3 years. He is polite, caring, informative and doesn't bog you down with medical jargon which often can be very daunting and confusing. He presents him self in a very professional manor and make you fell at "home" or as much at "home" as you can feel within a hospital environment. He boasts the best team within the IBD community i have yet come across, and I am now very hopeful that i will get my life back with the help from with wonderful HERO! Passion runs through his veins. Even when he is talking about all these new things they are going to try with me you can see and feel the enthusiasm and love for what he does. For him and his team, It's vocational!

i have been treated under Dr Hawker for many years i have found him to be exceptional in his guidance and treatment,he will always take time to explain issues with you,will always take appoinments in reasonable time,is excellent in explaining the care and treatments he will be recomending and is exctremly pro active. i have instances where other illness have been ongoing at the same time with other departments Dr Hawker took control of this and arranged meetings with the other Drs to discuss future care and to look at the bigger picture. i would not want to use another dr
