Dr. Bez has been looking after my family since he joined Torrington Park, he has provided the highest level of care, kindness and much needed humour through some very difficult/challenging medical situations. Absolutely delighted that he is retiring and will hopefully be having some truly well deserved rest, however personally very sad as there will never be another Dr. Bez! Bose Family

The shock and sobs shared by his patients on hearing the news of his retirement says it all: on the other hand, for him. it is good that he, Dr Bez/Best! IS retiring rather than not and can hopefully enjoy a reward for all his efforts re us all!

Dr Bez is an amazing doctor. He is caring and even when you can see that he is rushed for time he will give you the best help he can. This morning I dropped something in at the surgery and I could see how understaffed and stressed the staff looked. An elderly patient had turned up for an appointment on the wrong day but despite this I heard Dr Bez take the time to see them and he had time to gave me a cheery wave. It is people like Dr Bez and Dr Barlett and Dr Vallail who keep the NHS going. They are always incredible at fitting my mother in and always so fantastic with my children. We are very lucky to have this surgery and to all the complaints about the lack of appointments I would say if it is urgent they will always take the time to fit you in. Thank you for keeping the NHS going and for caring for your patients

What a fantastic, caring doctor! Dr Bez is great with children; so accommodating and always fits them in with an emergency appointment if they are really unwell. He checks them thoroughly and reassures me if I have concerns regarding their health. Thank you.
