Penelope Arnold was called upon to hear a dispute between a patient and medical staff. She showed no independence and was completely biased. She showed no understanding, compromise or impartiality. She should focus on returning to the fundamental principles of healthcare and remain completely independent, and as a senior partner of Greystone House, she should not get involved in preliminary discussions/disputes as she should be the final escalation point for any matter. I cannot vouch for Dr Arnold's professionalism or medical knowledge.
