This man is awesome. He is the most wonderful doctor I have ever met. Having diagnosed my non-hodgkins lymphoma early enough to get me cured, I will love him forever. I never care that he is running late becuase I know his sincere and considered approach is genuine. He also has a great sense of humour. He is kind, smiley and I always wonder if he likes Port? If I ever find out, I will get him a really decent bottle, just because he deserves to be treasured.

This doctor was lovely! Ive never had him before, and i was in alot of pain and he listened to what was wrong and even looked at my history and asked me about my current illness and even read my letters and spoke to me about other issues i have as well as the main reason why i visited the doctors. Very nice doctor and would love to have him again due to him looking at my overall health and suggested things and didnt just see me for one thing! He actually wanted to do something with my background health that i have as well as investigate why i am so ill all the time, and this really was nice as most doctors ignore my health condition and just send me away until you are a bad point. I didnt feel rushed and he had time to look over everything! Would love to have him again if i knew how too! Keep it up! The reception staff are also very nice and polite!

I had an appointment with Dr Luque yesterday after speaking to him on the phone a few days previously using the surgery's triage system (at that time, I was suddenly and unprecedentedly experiencing such bad vertigo and vomiting that I was unable to leave home). Dr Luque's manner was warm and welcoming, and made it clear that he was concerned to deal with "unfinished business". He apologized for not seeing me on time (half an hour past my scheduled appointment time of 11:20). He listened attentively to what I had to say while simultaneously taking notes on his computer. We discussed my current symptoms, and what might have precipitated them. He examined my ears and throat and also took my blood pressure. He refined his original diagnosis and prescription, and explained what was responsible for my condition, taking account of the homework I had done in the meantime. At every stage I felt as though I was the most important thing he had to think about at the time. I couldn't have designed a better patient-GP interaction.

Dr Luque always greets me by name and understood my condition and listened to the problem and then explained fully the medications I am taking and made constructive suggestions to solve my problem. I left confident that his suggestion will hopefully solve my problem.

I couldn't get my preferred appointment day but was offered a Saturday morning appointment instead! Fantastic service for weekday workers.Dr Luque listened to my initial concerns, examined me, then explained his findings using language i could understand. He went on to look at my recent medical history, took blood pressure, checked my medication, and booked a blood test for me to save me coming back in a few weeks time. I came away from the surgery feeling that he had given me the time i needed to explain my concerns, and was pleased that the blood test was booked. A really caring GP!
