We seen Dr Paul Netts with our young son regarding his severe allergy and other issues arising from this, I have never ever came across a doctor so caring, attentive and amazing at his job - even the tone in which he spoke to me and my husband was compassionate and supportive. Our appointment didn’t feel rushed and he didn’t miss any kind of detail or information. I honestly came away from our appointment feeling like a weight had been lifted and every question was answered and I felt like in that one appointment with him he had put the ball in motion for many things which should of been done by other doctors along time ago. So greatful to this doctor.

Dr Netts was my GP while I was at university a few years ago. I was away from home and only in my early teens, and found myself suffering from quite serve anxiety and depression. Dr Netts was fabulous, so much so 5 years later I found out about this site and HAD to come and review him. He was attentive, easy to talk to, used to regularly call and check up on me between appointments, liaised with university for me when needed, posted prescriptions home when I returned there for a while, always made be feel totally listened to and went above and beyond to help me. 5 years later, I no longer suffer from any mental health problems, back at home, and still think about how much of that is down to him. I will never be able to thank Dr Netts enough for his kindness, professionalism, and dedication. If you are reading this because he is a doctor at your practice you have an appointment to see, you are extremely lucky and he will do anything he can to help.

I don't think this Doctor could improve. Understanding, genuine, listens, cares goes above and beyond for his patients. You may have a wait as he will not rush you and his reputation speaks volumes
