I have been seeing doctor Hatfield and his nova team for almost 4 years now and have found them professional and caring. It makes forget sometimes what I am there for. I cannot suggest any changes because I think they would be detrimental.

Dr Hatfield & his team were very patient, he explained everything clearly & in a manner that was easily understood. Thanks to Kate Casey & Meg too for their patience & help & care in making appointments, during treatment etc. Thanks Nova & NHS team! You rock!!!
