I recently attended Bootle surgery and was given an appointment with Dr Carhart. This man is a truly gifted Doctor. He took the time to listen to me carefully, recap what I was saying and spoke to me with clarity and genuine kindness. No matter what job this man did, he would do it to a very high level. He is knowledgeable, empathetic and a very, very kind human being. If only the world was full of Dr Carharts! Excellent service and a credit to his profession. Thank you.
