I am a knowledgeable patient and for me it's important to feel like I am part of the team when deciding on my treatment plan.
Paul Beirne works with me, doesn't talk down to me and we are able to have a useful discussion of my problems and the way forward, this gives me a feeling of ownership and confidence in the treatment that we agree upon.
He is always courteous and gives me the time needed to deal with my chronic and complex health issues.
