He always gives you the time you need to talk through your issues. He has been proactive in phoning me when blood tests have thrown up a possible problem and I felt very much involved in deciding how to proceed with my treatment. He doesn't use the automated system to call his patients, he comes into the waiting room and asks for them personally, walking them back to his room. Very personalised service
