Profile

I qualified from Madras University, India in 1991. I did my post-graduate training in General Medicine In India. I completed my training in General Medicine, Gastroenterology and Hepatology in Yorkshire. I was a full time Consultant in Gastroenterology at Scarborough General Hospital since 2003. I moved to Lincoln in 2012.

I am a full time Consultant at Lincoln County Hospital as well as running a private practice at BMI Lincoln Hospital and St Hugh's Hospital, Grimsby.

I am a Consultant Physician and Gastroenterologist with a special interest in Liver disease and Nutrition. I see patients with dyspepsia, heartburn, Reflux, Ulcer disease, Inflammatory bowel disease, Irritable bowel syndrome, Liver and Pancreatic diseases, coeliac disease and Cancers of the Oesophagus, stomach, Liver, Colon and Pancreas.

I perform diagnostic and therapeutic upper and lower endoscopic procedures including dilatation, treatment of bleeding ulcers, varices, polypectomy including endoscopic mucosal resection, ERCP and capsule endoscopy.
