Dr. Cilasun has always been most caring and helpful and willing to give the time needed to deal with her patients. This means that she is often running late on appointment times but if she is willing to give the time needed to deal with me I can't grudge her doing the same for other patients! She is always calm and patient and exactly what one would hope to find in your GP.

I have found, on numerous occasions, that this doctor is very inflexible and uncaring. She seems to completely disregard my concerns. In fact, she has refused to even speak to me on 2 occasions! I don't know how such an uncaring person got to be a doctor!
