Behind on timings but was very thorough. I’d rather wait for a doctor who will listen and treat my problems with time and care than see an on time doctor who rushes me through without caring! She was very good

Made no effort to comfort my 2 year old daughter when she came in for an appointment and was clearly distressed by her cold approach to examining her. Told us that we were wasting her time because my daughter was crying while she was trying to examine her and told me that i should hold my daughter down by her hands and feet to get the examination done. Eventually told my partner to take our daughter out of the room because she was being disruptive by wanting comfort and complained that we were taking too long to put her coat on to get her ready to go outside.
