I saw Dr Latif yesterday in surgery, I had been discharged from the hospital the day before and I was still in great discomfort from the pain in my abdomen. Dr Latif listened to me and wrote a letter to my gastro consultant. He was very welcoming and reassuring.

He listened to what I had to say, asked relevant questions, told me what the problem was and how I could care for it. He then went on to answer a couple of more questions. I did not feel that he was in a rush to get the appointment over. He had a very pleasant manner from first meeting through to leaving.
