from the moment i walked to his door for the appointment he was was waiting at the dorr with a smile and shook my hand. This immediately made me feel at ease as i was going to be discussing an embarrasing ailment.
he listened closely to everyuthing i said and showed empathy throughout. i feel he addressed the issue with compassion and care and put proceses in place that i am sure will help me.
very highly recommended
