My dad was under Omar's care for 3 1/2 years where dad had huge respect for him and in return I know Omar had great deal of respect for my dad. Omar and his team could see my dad was a fighter and threw everything at him. We trusted everything he said and the extra opportunity he gave my dad giving him more time. I can't praise him enough for everything he did for my dad, even towards to end of my dads life the support was fantastic.
