Took my 3 year old daughter to see her as she had terrible ulcers in mouth and hadn't eaten or more importantly drank anything for 3 days. Was in her surgery for 3 minutes. No overall health check was made on my daughter and was sent away with the advice of calpol and bongella. Took to hospital for 2nd opinion who admitted her, gave her antibiotics and did a routine examination of her which discovered missed heart beats. Now in consultation with the local hospital and Great Ormond Street regarding her treatment. This doctor needs to spend more time listening to concerns and ensure that she doesn't pass people off as hypocondriacs (which is the feeling I got from her). This was my 3 year old daughter and so in children more care and attention should be taken. (a routine examination would have detected the heart problem). I can not trust the diagnosis she gives and in future will ensure I do not see this doctor
