I want to post a review regarding this Dr because cannot be ignored the way this Doctor is working. Communication, manners, threatening and passive-aggressive language is out of control. I never experienced in my all life such a rude, manipulative, aggressive and intimidating manners coming from a medical professional doctor. I made contact to discuss my flu symptoms with the surgery only because I was getting worse and I believe I need antibiotics. The way this surgery is organized when dealing with GP appointment is beyond imagination. I will feedback CQC and complaint with NHS. The rude intimidating and manipulative language coming from this Dr is extremely concerning. If a vulnerable person with none to help has to make an appointment and he is experiencing serious symptoms I am sure there will be serious problems when approaching this surgery to request for help. A professional doctor cannot talk like that with patients. She has not right to intimidate and use threatening language like this.

I have been a patient of Dr. Edun for over 13 yrs. One thing I admire about her is her professionalism and knowledge. In addition, she is a doctor that takes time to listen to your medical complaints and gives appropriate solutions. Dr Edun is warm, kind, caring, patient and compassionate who goes beyond her call of duty. I could not have asked for a better doctor like Dr Edun compared to the previous male doctor I had. I am extremely lucky to have her as my GP. Her smile alone reassures me. I am highly grateful for her experience and would definitely recommend Dr Edun to anyone seeking a brilliant, kind, compassionate doctor.

I have been with this GP practice for more than 20 years and to be honest, i hardly ever get to see a DR if i have any issues due to the behavior and unprofessional-ism of Dr Akintunde-Edun. She will remind you that you have only 4 mins and if you want to go longer that you will have to book another appointment which is hard to get with this practice as they never pick up their phones. She is very rude, abrupt, unsympathetic and will drop the phone on you mid-consultation after she had raised her voice on you to tell you that you eat to much and that's why you are fat....wow. I have never come across someone that is so rude and seems to hate patients like she does. Zero eye contact. Why she is a doctor still shocks me. She is the reason why i self medicate and turn to the internet than speak to her or any other doctor at the practice as it seems like they all work on being anti-patient. Even the receptionists especially the one with the bleached out hair is always arguing with patients both on phone and in person. They all need to work on their customer service and if they don't like patients/the general public, i would suggest they try another job.
