When I had severe depression I was often being physically sick through anxiety. Dr Lyell's diagnosis was that my breath stinks. Thanks, way to make me feel good about myself. He then proceeded to tell me that I don't have Tourette's disorder and that he'd like to remove it from my record, despite it already being diagnosed by 2 other doctors. Great work. Was impersonal and had the ability to be incredibly rude, though this was a few years ago and he was quite new to the practice. One hopes he must have been new to the profession and learning on the job, because if not then there are no excuses for his lack of understanding of mental health. I hope this has changed.
