I have had trouble with my own doctors for the past few years trying to get a diagnosis of peri/menopause so I was recommended to have a consultation with Dr Wilde. Dr wilde is highly professional and compassionate, he takes time to explain things and resolve problems. HIGHLY Grateful for his experience & wide range of knowledge. He listened to my concerns and did a very in-depth consultation to determine my diagnosis. I would have no hesitation in recommending his service to anyone.

I am very pleased with this GP as he shows competency and practices evidence based medicine . He is not afraid to see challenging patients with compex multi-morbidities .

I was suffering from unbearable stomach pain and had to book a home visit at short notice on a Saturday night. Despite being weekend and late night Dr Wilde arrived in no time and made the correct diagnosis. He was patient, helpful and reassured the family with a good sense of humour. He carried medications for the symptoms and administered straight away. He gave practical tips to avoid/ manage the symptoms. I am glad that we reached out to Dr Wilde and returned back to normal in few hours. What more he even called back and check the progress through messages until everything was good. If it was not Dr.Wilde, I would have either waited for my GP until Monday or on the phone to emergency. Thank you Dr.Wilde

We went to Dr Wilde to get second opinion when our son was having his appendix remove, the advice we got gave us a piece of mind and we could go ahead with the operation. The aftercare after the operation was outstanding Dr Wilde will call us to see how our son was doing and if his experiencing any pain or discomfort. We will definitely be using Dr Wilde again!

Profile

I am a 2nd generation medical doctor with a simple approach to the practice of medicine; be approachable, friendly, empathic and try to get it right first time. Getting it right is more than simply arriving at a diagnosis and management plan. It includes observing patients in their entirety; their ideas, concerns, hopes, expectation and understanding. Ensuring a deep understanding of the condition they present involves a process of checking what indeed they have understood from our interaction.

I completed my general practice postgraduate training in 2004 in Southeast England at the Kent Surrey and Sussex Deanery and achieved a Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2017.

I am a private general practice doctor in Hertfordshire with 25 years NHS working experience. I was in general practice partnership for 5 years and single-handed practice for 6 years. I supported my local urgent care and overnight emergency care service for 6 years whilst also piloting studies integrating primary care into hospital emergency departments, city ambulance services and care homes. I have supported drug and alcohol addiction services and HM Prisons across south-east England through my career.

I have led community child and adult mental health multidisciplinary teams and developed multiple areas of special interest. These including the management of acute medical conditions, chronic diseases, thyroid disease, menopause, elderly care, sexual health, health screening and travel medicine

I currently work with the Hertford and Rural Primary Care Network conducting morning virtual clinics and afternoon in-surgery appointments across 5 practices in East Hertfordshire.
