Our daughter was cared for throughout the whole time we were in hospital and the after care was very good after a few mishaps and complications. Togi communicated with us and the other professionals involved very well, helping us through what was a very tough time .
The only thing I could see being an improvement on the care we received is that all the staff had a lighter work load, as they all were very busy which made getting in touch a little difficult some times.
