As a first time visitor to this particular hospital as a patient I was pleasantly surprised, indeed impressed by the hospitality and friendliness of all the staff I came into contact with. It was also my first appointment with Dr. N.Sutcliffe, who I found not only very welcoming but also extremely approachable. Probably more importantly though, knowledgeable, she exuded the highest of professionalism in her approach to me over my ailment, its causes and hopefully soon, some success from the treatment that she has started to put into place. Unfortunately of I have of late had cause to visit far too many hospitals and Consultants, this with varying degrees of satisfaction so todays 1st visit has been like a breathe of fresh air! What a great team.

I saw Dr Sutcliffe a few months ago and felt completely listened to. She gave me one of the most thorough assessments I’ve ever had. Within a few hours I’d had a consultation, blood tests and x rays.
