Dr Sutcliffe is a very polite and sensible person. She listens carefully everything you say and questions it in the right way to find the cause and treatment. She is careful to ask for relevant tests. She is good in planning follow-up appointments. She is very knowledgable in her field and asks for consultations in other specialities by choosing the right expert in that speciality.
