It will be impossible to try and encapsulate how much of an amazing GP Dr Noor Ahmad is within a few paragraphs. He is genuinely a jewel within the NHS system and medicine in general. Within the NHS system where we are just a conveyor belt of ailments and maladies and you are just essentially a number that the general practitioner has 10 rushed minutes to see you, Dr Ahmed has the rare gift of making you feel seen and heard whilst doing his best to help you and your problem.  He sees the person and NOT just another problem he has to deal with within 10 mins. My Family and I hold Dr Ahmed in the highest esteem. He cared and supported our late mother through painful conditions and eventually a terminal illness. Out of the countless GPS, registrars consultants, head consultants that she saw, Dr Ahmed was by far the kindest and most dedicated to trying to improve my mother’s quality of life. We will never forget the kindness and all the support he showed her. When Dr Ahmed moved on from my GP surgery, I was devastated and scared for my future care. Over the past year my mental health has drastically declined and respectfully the GPs I have gone to are unfortunately not much help. To be honest, I had given up. Two monthago, I was given a random hub appointment that was outsourced by my GP and to my surprise Dr Ahmed was the GP assigned to my appointment. I have never been overcome with such emotion of relief and renewed hope. Within the duration of the appointment, he heard how much I was struggling, he put a plan together to start getting me feeling better and gave me words of strong encouragement. I left the appointment, feeling the most hopeful that I had been in a year and I have been feeling a little better since. I say all of that to say this, If you or a loved one are in need of medical help and you get Dr Ahmed, you are essentially getting the best care and support that one can get. He is truly the best!

I was so sad when I learnt that Dr Noor had left the Triangle Surgery. He was everything a great Dr should be, Compassionate, Caring, Kind , Empathetic and always never rushed through the appointment. So many other GP's could learn so, so much from him, for he epitomised what a GP should be. I don't think I will ever meet a Dr like him again, and all I can say is..........I hope I meet him in Heaven!! Dr Noor, you are one of a kind, and truly missed by many.

Without exaggeration, Dr Ahmad is the best GP I have seen as a NHS patient for the last twenty years. He is a great listener and gives very effective advice and support. I have been very fortunate to have been under Dr Ahmad's care during a very difficult period of my life, he's played an important part in my recovery. I'd strongly recommend Dr Ahmad.

Dr Ahmad is an outstanding doctor on all fronts. He is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and respectful. He takes time to be understanding and thorough, and then to give feedback and recommendations, pitched to my level of understanding, based on his medical knowledge, my level of functioning, and my needs and wishes - a complex balancing act. As I enter seniority, my medical issues are added too, some more urgent, some maintenance, but he oversees them all. Somehow, amazingly, he manages all this despite the oppression of NHS bureaucracy and the tick-box, goals and quotas, managerial nonsense it has become. I have the greatest admiration and thanks for him - his patients are truly fortunate.
