From the moment Niven introduced himself to me I could not have been cared for any better. He put me at my ease; he explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. Nivea’s bedside manner was just amazing.
He returned to see me the next day and spoke again about what I needed to do post op; he was friendly and helpful and took time to ensure I understood what I needed to do to continue my recovery.
Niven is clearly dedicated to his job and providing exceptional care; I cannot praise him highly enough. Thank you Niven.
