Despite being nervous Niven put me at ease the moment I met him on the morning of my operation. He explained the procedure to me clearly and concisely and allowed me to ask as many questions as I wished. His demeanour throughout the process was excellent with exactly the right mix of seriousness and humour allowing me to remain calm and engaged. I have no hesitation in giving him five stars
