Dr Naqvi has looked after me for a number of years. She always puts me at ease and takes lots of time to answer my questions and talk about my life. Dr Naqvi also took time to explain why she was doing investigations so I fully understood the situation. I have felt very well looked after and I am sad that she will not be looking after me when I transition into the adult services.

Took great care to explain everything, answered our questions patiently, treated the children (the patients) with kindness and respect. Couldn't have asked for more.
