This doctor refused to acknowledge my condition, and I continued to suffer for years under her care. I have since sought privatised care and had the condition I asked her about years ago diagnosed and treated, and now I am pain free. Dr Ghosh thoroughly investigates symptoms to find out why changes are happening e.g. when I asked for a repeat prescription for acid reflux she said it was policy to test for h pylori to find out why I had symptoms. She would not just give me tablets without finding the root of the problem. I did have H pylori and I have been treated for this. My husband is with a different practice and has been on the same drug for 15 years without an H pylori test or any other investigations, I wish he would join this practice. Dr Ghosh takes the right route not the easiest route, she does not prescribe without thorough investigation and monitoring.
