Dr.Patel listens attentively to my concerns and is very helpful. She has been treating me for a long time now and never fails to investigate thoroughly if she sees I am particularly distressed. I have great faith in her and hope she stays a long time at our GP Practice.

I've only seen Dr Patel once but she was helpful, however she gave me a "are you crazy" look when I asked if I would have to pay for something (that was in fact free). A little condescending. I have an issue with the reception staff though. One of them was quite rude to myself and my partner first of all, when we were registering. On the same evening that my partner and I had appointments with a nurse, we both asked at reception to make an appointment with a doctor. My partner asked first and was told there was nothing at all available with any doctor until the following week (by the girl who was rude, mentioned above). I asked a different member of staff if I could make an appointment with a doctor (about 10 mins after my partner had asked) and was immediately given an appointment for two days later. I will no longer trust them regarding availability.
