I was seen quickly by this doctor when a pre-op ECG showed up an abnormal heart beat. He explained in detail why he was not happy to let me go ahead with the procedure under anaesthetic before my heart has been investigated. He was sympathetic to my situation having to postpone an operation and he has arranged the tests for me in a short timescale.
