Dr Desgrand has been the most caring Dr I’ve ever seen. She’s gone above and beyond in her help. Very sad that she’s leaving Ottershaw Surgery.

Dr Desgrand is a charming doctor but falls short of being a caring doctor. She does not reflect any sense of care towards her patients and her job is likely to be boring her. I have seen her on two occasions and she managed to leave the impression that she is simply not interested in her patient.
