I visited Dr Nicole Chiang at the Lumiere Clinic in Manchester to have a wart removed from the side of my face. After a detailed examination and discussion of the treatment options I decided to have the wart removed by Dr Chiang. The procedure was outlined in great detail and was carried out in a painless manner. I was expecting some discomfort from the minor operation but was very pleased that I suffered no pain or after effects from the procedure. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Chiang and the care that she took in dealing with my problem.

I think Dr Nicole is Amazing. I have had skin problems nearly all my life and she really listened, understood and put me at ease. She gave practical advise to help with my skin care routine, medication and cosmetic treatment. For the first time I can say that I feel confident rather than embarrassed about my skin.

Dr Nicole was very friendly, approachable and easy to talk to. She listened to my problems and gave me solutions that worked very well. When explaining the treatments and medicines she didn't use too much technical jargon to ensure I understood. The treatment was very successful and following this she has told me how to manage and control future flare ups with my skin condition.

My skin condition has been bothering me for years, my GP has prescribed several ointments but nothing useful. Glad I was referred to Dr Nicole Chiang, a kind, dedicated and knowledgeable consultant who has time for her patients. She has a pleasant and reassuring manner which always make you comfortable. On my first appointment she explained everything in details and I left feeling very positive and confident that I was in great hands. She performed a skin biopsy and this was done very neatly and the scarring minimal. The treatment she suggested was very effective and my condition has improved significantly. Now I am back to normal, she will be greatly missed. Dr Chiang is the most caring doctor I have come across, she has regained my confidence and I am very thankful to her. She is a true credit to her profession and I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

Dr Nicole is a highly trained Dermatologist. We sought her help 6 months ago regarding thinning hair which is quite traumatic for an 18 year old girl. She was very warm and reassuring and immediately put my daughter at ease during her consultations at the Beaumont Hospital in Bolton where she performed a very thorough examintion. She is a credit to her profession and I would not hesitiate in recommending her. My daughter has been extremely pleased with the improvement in her hair density as a result of the effective treatments she has prescribed. Thank you so much!
