I visited Dr Chiang at Highfield hospital about a large mole on my nose. Dr Chiang was very thorough and asked to check by whole body, as I have several moles. She found one on my back and as it had some changes advised me to have it removed, as it would be difficult to monitor for melanoma. She also agreed to removing the one on my nose as it was getting bigger. Dr Chiang is very professional, friendly and approachable. During the procedure she was very precise, gentle and explained everything. When I went back for the histology results she explained the full report and gave me a copy. I do not have a scar at all on my nose, which i'm delighted about.I highly recommend Dr Chiang in all aspects of her work.

Had a very visible rash on my face for about 6 months got sick of going to the doctors and being given different creams which did nothing at all or made it worse. Also they didn't have a clue what it was despite me telling them. Went to see Nicole she confirmed it was perineal dermatitis and gave me antibiotics which she said I should of been on months ago as it was quite severe. The rash started to clear up after a few weeks and has now nearly gone.

I visited Dr Chiang recently for hair loss concerns and was quite worried as I'm only 21. Dr Chiang listened to all I had to say and reassured me that this is actually common. She was very warm and open towards me and took time to understand how this was affecting me personally. She talked in detail about possible treatments and discussed what she thought best. Dr Chiang followed up with me, asking how treatment is going. I recently went back for a follow up appointment very happy with progress and results from the treatment and left with further encouragement to keep up the treatment. I felt I could trust Dr Chiang from the very beginning and would definitely recommend.
