Written during coronavirus restrictions: I have had telephone consultations during the pandemic which lasted 2 minutes and left the call thinking they just wanted to get rid of me. I was lucky enough to speak with Dr Simpkin for some antibiotics and after a really friendly chat, she discussed many different aspects of my health and wellbeing and helping me access services that I wasn't hopeful that I would get any time soon. I've never even met them yet their manner, professionalism and compassion has made this the best experience I have had.

I was having very bad days. Dr Simpkin saw me almost 4 months ago for the first time. She was listening very carefully that I trusted her. She prescribed me some medicine and after taking it I am feeling a lot better. I saw her again few days ago and after the visit I felt great. She talk to me like I was her friend. She gave some advised. She was listening and sitting very close to me. It made me feel very safe. Thank you so much!!
