this doctor I believe is aware of my medical issues , I visited her on 4th may 2017 . she was unhelpful condescending and her intimidation was unacceptable . she asked me what did I want her to do regarding my medical issue ! I replied I would like to be directed to a surgeon. she continued the consultation declaring she didn't have a magic wand in one hand and a scalpel in the other to cut me in half! I regard this comment as a verbal threat. her last comment to me before I exited her surgery was . " all I can offer you is sympathy". There is GMC code of conduct for GP practice clearly this was not adhered to in my case. This experience has contributed to mistrust , and considerable anxiety , further more I was diagnosed with a Hernia in February 2017 which I believe is a consequence of this Practice not delivering the correct care for a historical and on going condition. I now face the prospect of further surgery which I believe could have been avoided had the correct medical procedures been put in place . Problem is I don't feel SAFE!!!!

Doctor Fantom is an amazing doctor. She's trustworthy and reliable. I would recommend this doctor because she always listens and i'm currently under medication with her and if it wasn't for her help i don't think i would be as well as i am.

Dr. Fantom is a doctor who obviously cares for her patients as individuals. I feel that I can discuss any concerns with her and that she will always consider my point of view when making decisions regarding my health. I always try to see Dr. Fantom as a first choice. As an older patient, in this age of 'walk in' medical centres it is nice to know that the doctor recognises and remembers her patients.
